And more rain.
Several roads in the area are flooded and I have never seen river levels this high.
CBC reported that this is record rainfall for the month since the 1930s and it’s not about to let up for the next few weeks.
Okay, maybe not “yay.”
Still, we are hiking tomorrow and snowshoeing on Sunday. That said, even taking Abby for a one hour walk today required extensive drying off afterwards. And we were the only people at the park – a much used and busy park usually.
So – I have decided that today is a day to celebrate. I am celebrating love and a glorious vision for the future. And yes, I know the crap that is going on in the world, including south of the border.
F&^k it! I am going to celebrate.
