Selous and Evening Ridge

It was the smallest club hike ever – just 2 of us. But we had a great day so it didn’t matter one bit.

It was actually great fun introducing P’nina to Selous Ridge and the other way of getting up Evening Ridge via the saddle.

The day was overcast and a bit windy but Evening Ridge never fails to be gorgeous.

Added bonus: lots of new powder, especially at the top, so coming down was totally wonderful. I am quickly perfecting my telemarking skills on snowshoes.
