April Snow

Thanks to Sheila for the self-timed shot on the Fry Creek Canyon hike.

But that was two days ago and this is today. We woke up in a snowstorm that continued pretty much all morning. Simon had to get out the snowblower. Again!

And because we are expecting another storm tonight, Tammy and I have postponed our snowshoe until Wednesday. But who knows. This afternoon is lovely. The weather, which has become more and more unpredictable, seems to be ruling far too much of our lives these days.

But enough of that. I got out and walked the dogs. I baked bread. I wrote and submitted a story to a website and I edited a friend’s magazine article.

So – I did work today.

The dogs are chewing on bones in the yard (in the sunshine). Simon has moved everything out of the basement which means that the rest of the house is in a state of controlled chaos.

I have not completed the story I started writing yesterday.

Life goes on.
