Harewood Plains in Springtime

P1090103_Fotor I have never seen the flowers bloom so lush on the Harewood Plains. I don’t think I could have picked a more perfect day to go. My dear friend, Pat joined us, which thrilled me immensely and added to the happiness of the morning. Sarah and Ben came along – wonderful new people (new to me). I could write pages about Ben’s work and what he is doing to make this a better world. I feel privileged to meet people like him.

The warm sunny weather, the flowers, birds and beauty of the trees plus the company all added up to one ideal morning.

I plan on continuing the winning streak of the day. When my heart is singing arias, I like to just let it go – I think Abby and I will wander into the back 4o very slowly – slowly because fast is not on the agenda today in any way. Then I’ll take care of a tiny chore or two and then perhaps apply myself to music. I’ve finally figured out how to get my fingers from one chord to another easily. And to think – it only took me two weeks to cotton on to it! Duh!

Few things do my body as much good as a cloudless sky with temperatures that allow me to be warm in shorts and T-shirt.

To quote the immortal James Brown: “I feel good….”P1090104_Fotor P1090105_Fotor P1090106_Fotor P1090109_Fotor P1090110_Fotor P1090111_Fotor P1090112_Fotor P1090113_Fotor P1090114_Fotor P1090115_Fotor P1090116_Fotor P1090118_Fotor P1090119_Fotor P1090120_Fotor P1090121_Fotor P1090124_Fotor P1090125_Fotor P1090126_Fotor P1090128_Fotor P1090129_Fotor P1090133_Fotor P1090134_Fotor P1090136_Fotor
