Really – there is something so very satisfying about a long and busy day and getting everything done, checked off the list and put away.
In other words, I’m feeling pretty darn chuffed.
And it’s doubly good when it all went well and when the mail brought a cheque and when the garden produced another huge bucket of salad. And I’m very excited about Elk River hike on Saturday.
I have also decided that in a couple of years I am going to do the John Muir Trail. I have never wanted to “camp out” – all of a sudden I do. I feel it’s time for me to stretch my comfort zone and take on new adventures – and plenty of them. In face, adventuring may just be my next big thing,
Saying “yes” to the new and exciting. Being outdoors more.
Fighting to stop the Enbridge pipeline – but I figure that’s practically a done deal. Still, I will fight for it.
