Okay, my back is still far from normal, but better. Every little piece of flexibility I get is a huge win. I suspect that tomorrow will be even better. I feel like I essentially have this thing licked.
I know people advised me to rest and take drugs. But I figure that having this under control within 48 hours without any of those things is very good – better than with rest. So there. (picture me sticking my tongue out.) Okay, that’s a yucky image – on to other things.
What is most seriously on my mind these days is publishing an e-book based on my summertime blog of my month hiking in Europe. I spent a fair bit of time this morning plowing through the Kindle site to make a cover, upload information, and so on. Maybe it’s just me – I know I’m awful with details and I get horribly impatient – but this process isn’t easy.
Okay, maybe it is easy – it’s certainly not, however, easy for me. I will attack it again on and off in the next few days in hopes of completing it. Well, at least I am beginning to appreciate the publishers and editors I have worked with int the past on my “real” books.
