The fog, mist and cloud finally cleared this afternoon – a golden (literally and figuratively) opportunity to go out with my new camera and try a bunch of different settings. I am very happy with it. Although every camera I have had – this one a tiny bit more than the others, seem to take images that are just too darn light. I always have to darken them down considerably to get a true image. I wonder why that is? Do I have to take the auto white balance off and change that?
No matter – I take it for granted that all digital images have to be run through an image program – just as all film photos have to be adjusted in the darkroom.
